Strange question, but something I’m curious about. Once you get accepted to Ivy League as a transfer, do they still send you the big congratulatory admissions packet in the mail (like they do for undergrad admissions)? Or is just an email?

Yup they do. Mine came with posters and stickers as well. I only applied to two Ivys though.
I got admissions packets in the mail too. One had a newspaper and foldable paper with some nice shots of the campus as well as a lot of information and a copy of my acceptance letter. The other was small and had a ribbon and a lot of information in it as well as a copy of my acceptance letter.

Nope! DIdn’t apply to any. Just applied to my state schools and schools I could get merit scholarships at.
