Current Junior Chances for Ivy League?

Am a current junior and wondering what my chances are for some of the lower-level Ivey’s like cornell or UPenn. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated in order to improve my stats!
Stats:

GPA: 4.406 W, 4.0 UW
SAT: 2300
SAT II: 800 Math 2, 780 Chem, 760 United States History
School type: Competitive public in Southern California
Rank: N/A (unofficially top 5%)
APs: Human Geography (5), World History (5), Took APUSH, Stats, Calc BC, and Chem Junior Year

Awards:
AP Scholar with distinction
USA Water Polo All American
Swimming Varsity Letter x3
Water Polo varsity letter
ACS Chemistry Exam top 5 in school
Chemistry olympiad
National Merit Semifinalist

ECs; Youth and Government (9-12) - lots of leadership
VIP soccer (6-12) - help special needs kids play soccer
Not too many ECs lol

Also I swim and play water polo for a top tip division 1 high school, but aren’t good enough to be recruited to play in college.

I’m also taking a swing at penn but not with nearly as high test scores. I’d say yours are better than mine

You are a competitive applicant, but so are thousands of others who apply there. Make sure you have good backup options. As a National Merit Semifinalist, make sure eyes fill out the application for Finalist - it may not help you get into any Ivies, but you should be able to get full rides/near full rides at some other colleges with that title.
