<p>How rigorous is MMSS? considering my #1 priority is getting a good gpa (3.6+), I’m just wondering how plausible this is because I’ve heard it is very intense.</p>

<p>^really? I feel like a 3.6 is considered borderline low by MMSS-ers. A giant number of students I know have 3.8s-4.0s.</p>

you mean, students generally take MMSS courses and get 3.8-4.0 gpa? or they get 3.8-4.0 and then they take MMSS courses. If it’s the former one, I would probably doubt this program is facing a gpa inflation or it would be too intimidating.</p>

<p>I want to work in S&T in NYC after graduation, where the MMSS program is not going to be well known so I’m wondering whether i should just major in Econ so I can get a higher gpa or do MMSS?</p>
