D/F on the core class

<p>There is a possibility my girlfriend will not pass one of her core classes, but she is going to retake it on summer. Since, she wants to do TAG, i think, there will be no problem, if she will just retake it, right?</p>

<p>But what if she wants to go to graduate school? Could there be some really negative consequences?</p>

<p>the d or f will bring her gpa down which will hurt her come grad school. even if she retakes it the grade will still be seen with grad school applications. better to take it again to show that she can handle the course</p>
