<p>Are there any restrictions on eligibility, etc. for a D-III athlete who wants to transfer to another D-III college and continue competing?</p>

<p>Of course there are restrictions. There is no NCAA easy button. :wink: Here is the 2011 NCAA Transfer Guide:</p>
