<p>I got a D in geometry for the 1st semester of freshmen year and a C+ 2nd semester. would that affect my chances of getting into a good school such as a UC?</p>

<p>Well, getting a D in such an important class as Geometry isn’t good…but, if you show you that you improved I don’t think it should hurt your chances.</p>

I hope it doesn’t ruin my chances of getting into a school like Columbia :)</p>
<p>No UCR or UCI… well i am going to be taking pre-cal H next year and since then i have been getting A’s and B’s in math</p>
