I would pass on FSU unless the SAT comes up to 1430+. OOS acceptance is below 20%. It would only be affordable with the OOS tuition waiver. S21 graduated and loved it there but it’s gotten very competitive. PSU would also be too expensive.
Look at Louisville, Kentucky and WVU. Maybe Ohio U.
