East Carolina is a great choice - OP don’t be fooled by the word recreation - they have a Sports Management concentration. It’s about $36K tuition, room and board. The scholarships aren’t auto but if you get one, it’s another coup - and they have nice sports…like others mentioned above, lower level D1.
