DACA student, any chance for scholarships later in the future?

Hi,
I need help on how I should prepare for transferring in near future with possibility of getting scholarships. I’m not looking to go to (I don’t even think I can) to go to one of higher education schools, I’m trying to go to a school that’s willing to help me get some tuition aid.
I’ve taken a break from school (SUNY Buffalo) for about 4 years starting on 2010 because of financial problems, then went to CUNY Queens in Fall 2014.

College possibly transferring from: CUNY Queens College
Will be entering as: Junior (will be starting as a sophomore this fall semester 2015, this is purely for preparing for the future)
Major: Psychology / Business Minor, I’m looking to pursue into Industrial Organizational Psychology.
GPA: 3.96
Units completed: 25, will be doing another 30~34 within the next year
ECs: I’ve done non-paid internship for a year, about a day or two a week under boss’ assistance in a small business. Nothing else, really. I really need to find more to do.

I went to SUNY Buffalo back in 2010, got a 2.5 GPA. (One W and one F, it was a failure.)
SAT Score: around 1800 (2009)
**I’m willing to prepare for SATs again, but I’ve read that it’s not really worth the time compared to other ECs I could do. I don’t have any clarification on that statement, however.

I’m in a financial need since I cannot get any benefits from financial aid (DACA student), and was denied a scholarship from CUNY Queens.

I would like to know, if I keep my grade up until end of my sophomore year, I would have ANY chances getting scholarships from any B+, A- schools that could get me either a free ride or almost free ride. Any tips on what I should do for ECs would be great.

Thank you for your time.

If you have stellar grades, then you may be able to transfer somewhere that will give you financial aid. But the key is stellar. You need to be aiming to pull your GPA as close to a 4.0 as possible. Since you have old bad grades from SUNY Buffalo, this means that you can’t get less than an A in any of your classes now. So think carefully about how you will organize your life so that you can earn those A grades.

Look up TheDream.Us scholarship, they will fully pay for your undergrad education if you attend one of their partner colleges which I think CUNY Queens is one of them.
