One quick question: Because my dad works in California, does that give me a leg up in admissions (I live on the east coast)?

Thanks!

no .

my gf’s dad lives and works in CA, it didn’t help her in admissions, but it helped when getting in state tuition, although she can’t go back to her home state for like a year state, but claims instate residency and pays that tuition.

Weird, I was just thinking in-state tuition, not admissions, don’t know why – maybe because when people started getting their acceptances back at the end of March, I saw so many people get in from oos.
