<p>Hahah I’m actually not a daddy… or a guy at all. Anyhow, just a little joke b.c I’m back & posting in the UCF thread(s) if anyone remembers me ( I basically lived on here during my senior year) :P</p>
<p>Ok, so I was denied from UCF for the Fall last year and I am attending USF. I reallllyyyy want to transfer to UCF (or maybe another Florida school) and I don’t wan’t to wait until I get 60 hours. USF is cool but it’s just way too close to home & I really like UCF. So I was just wondering if anyone knew my options? I’m rather positive I was denied because my math test scores were bringing down my composites on the ACT & SAT. By the end of this year I’ll have about 45-48 credits so would that mean that because I’d have less than 60 credit hours then they’d look at me as if I was coming from high school? Which would also mean that i’d need to retest (assuming that was the issue) ? Also, if I was going to try and apply is it a little late to be doing so? Or would it be a waste of time to try and apply with less than 60 credits? Because if they did deny me for a SECOND time then I don’t know if it would screw my chances up even more for trying to get in with the 60 credits or as a junior ? Or, would it be smarter to apply for Spring 2012 (even though I’d rather start in Fall but or summer if need be) when by then i’d have over 60 credits? </p>
<p>(A little background knowledge about my stats & such: SAT composite was 1540 560R, 370 math 11 essay (I know, i’m an idiot), 610 W. ACT was a 21 the first time, 22 & 10 essay the second but a 23 superscored which I Know UCF doesn’t do, but the 22 was where my math score was much better (20) Graduated with a 5.5 (dual enrolled for 15 credits and maintained a 4.0) and ranked number 7/63 in my class but I didn’t go to a very competitive school aside from about the first 12 people. As of now, College GPA is a 3.8 . Applied to UCF in Oct. of last year and didn’t hear anything back until April when I was waitlisted then later denied)</p>
<p>Sorry if this post is all over the place I just really need some time of insight on the whole transfer situation & basically when the soonest is that I could transfer and how to go about it.</p>
<p>Or , would it just be smart for me to apply for Spring 2012 to UCF and other schools (FSU and UF both of which either deferred & then denied me and specified that I didn’t meet minimum math requirements) and would the time to do that be now?</p>
