Looks like D will be at UTSW; would appreciate advice on areas to apt hunt (or avoid) and know CC is the source of all wisdom. Ideally near DART station so does not have to drive every day. Budget ~1200/month. Ideas? Understand the UTSW immediate area can be dicey.
