Dan Fogelberg, deceased

I had varnished boards and bricks in high school – took them with me to college. Didn’t get rid of them til we’d been married about five years. Kids with ipods don’t know what they’re missing!

“Since You Asked” is probably my favorite. I have a cassette of Twin Sons of Different Mothers, but I found the CD today when I was getting gift cards for nieces and nephews. Grabbed it.

Embarrassingly, all my Dan Fogelberg albums are on vinyl.
Definitely time to buy a couple of cd’s…

Karen, SO are mine – it took me forever to find Twin Sons about 15 years ago, and then only on cassette – which is why I grabbed the CD when I found it today.

Yep, vinyl here too, except for the greatest hits CD I made from iTunes about a year ago. I wanted my daughter to hear his music - she wasn’t as impressed as I had hoped. I like a lot of her music, so I thought she might like some of mine.

“Same old lang syne” The only Christmas Carol that ever made me cry. Rest in Peace, Dan.
