<p>My top schools right now are Lasell College, Western New England University, and Sacred Heart University.</p>
<p>I’m extremely interested in doing cheerleading or the dance team. For Lasell and Western New England, both are clubs, and for Sacred Heart the dance team is a club.</p>
<p>My question is what exactly does it mean if it’s a club? I know for a fact that Lasell’s cheerleading squad does not compete (I was told this by a rep from the school) and a rep from Sacred Heart told me the dance team is a walk on. Are there try-outs or cuts for club sports? Or does it vary from school to school?</p>
<p>I’ve never done cheerleading but have always wanted to, and I’ve danced since I was 5.</p>
