I think Kellie’s low score from Len was more about making a strong statement to Derek, her pro partner, that he should have put more (Paso Doble) content into the choreography. It’s a shame that Kellie is the one who “suffers” on something she hasn’t much, if any, control over.

I think the 7 is some producer manipulation to get people talking/voting/watching, etc. I agree that the celebrities should not be penalized for the pro choreography. Remember how Derek “challenged” the judges with some of his Shaun choreography? They knew they would lose a point for a lift or something, but did it anyway.
Is it possible that Ingo was in the bottom two, but the “jeopardy” stuff is not correlated? Or do the fans have that much power?

Tom said that Jacoby and Sean were “not necessarily the bottom two,” so I think the producers put whomever they want in the bottom three with possibly only one being in the actual bottom.

I am ready for Jacoby to go. His mothers antics are beyond rude. Obviously, you can’t buy class.

Agree that the defying gravity dance was incredible. LOVED IT!

I am so excited for SYTYCD to start next week. :)

Evidently not. She worked hard for hers. By all accounts, she is a supportive, to the point of exuberant mom, who has served her son well. Her story is quite inspiring.

I think one of the girls will win. Jacoby is entertaining, but not really in the same league as a dancer. My favorite is Kellie.

I agree, musicmom! I had not voted at all this season, but after seeing Kellie’s freestyle, I voted for her. That piece was one that would have been well received on So You Think You Can Dance!! And I don’t think Kellie has ever really had dance training. She is absolutely amazing!!

I just read Kellie’s bio on Wikipedia. What a history…what a wonderful person she seems to be. And she dances like an angel.

(can you tell I pay no attention to pop culture figures until they get thrust under my nose?) :)

I think the final 2 will be Zendaya & Kellie. But it’s a tough choice between those two.

You took the words right out of my mouth!

Huge props to Zendaya, also, for her “fearless” performance after cutting Val’s face with her elbow in the dress rehearsal. I’m not sure there are many 16-year-olds with her mental toughness.

I was totally moved by Kellie’s freestyle. I’m kind of hoping she wins now rather than Zendaya.

Team Kelli here! I love her and her story. I loved the dance. I thought the decision to make It more about the dancing/less about production was smart. I felt kind of badly for her hubby thought with all the “closeness” between her and Derek. I thought Zendaya was great too. She is very mature for her age; so much hard work and pressure for a 16 year old! Jacoby is overmatched at this point; but I do think him placing 4th is fair. I really did not like Ali’s dance. The poles were too much like stripper poles! Sure, she is really, really strong (already knew that) and I get that choreography can vary a lot, but I just did not get it at all. She is too young for the sexual stuff IMO (rolling over and under Mark!). I am sure others will disagree, but I was disappointed.

Derek is an awesome stategist…he is the best pro when it comes to strategy and choreograhy. I think he won it for Kelli with that freestyle.

I think people want to see a non-dancer win. Zendaya is a dancer…her TV show is about being a dancer. (I actually think her hip hop is weaker than the rest of her dancing.)

I won’t be upset if Kelli wins. With that said, we voted for Ally on 4 cell phones (phone and text) and the land line and on Facebook. Ally impressed me so much in the Olympics that I have to stay on Team Ally.

I was not thrilled with Ali’s dance, and I’m guessing they really regretted giving her 10s after they saw Kellie’s dance. It’s why they kept saying they wish they could give her an 11. I liked Zendaya’s freestyle but didn’t love it.

Totally agree… on both counts!

Lots of votes put in for Jacoby from this household, but I can’t imagine he can get enough to win.

There has always been extreme score inflation in the later weeks of DWTS. In future seasons, the judges really need to dial back all the scores, so a 10 can be reserved for something as close to perfect as Derek and Kelli’s, with an 8 or a 9 being considered extremely good.

Agree, missy, about the inflated scores and about Derek as a strategist. I just rewatched it here: [Dancing with the Stars: Kellie Pickler Speechless over Her Own Performance : People.com](http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20702188,00.html)

Starts about 2:30.

We voted for Zendaya, but I have to admit that Kellie’s dance was beautiful and Derek is amazing in his choreography skills and bringing out the best in his partners. Kellie is also more likeable than Zendaya.

I feel pretty confident that Kellie will win (in part because of Derek’s fan club, but not saying she doesn’t deserve it), but we’d like to see Zendaya win and wonder if she might do more with dancing (other than hip hop).

I don’t think winning DWTS is any sort of stepping stone to a dancing career! :)

I do hope Kellie wins. Zendaya certainly has gotten a lot of great experience and PR out of this gig!
