I think she’s had a fair amount of success as a country singer since she was on Idol.

She did become infamous for a while for her obviously poor education when she appeared on Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? I was just astounded and felt quite embarrassed for her.

Wow, not sure who is singing now in tonight’s show but no one would turn their chairs around for her. Okay - just said it was Demi Lovato, whoever that is.

Oh, say it ain’t so. Then again, have you ever watched Jay Leno do his thing where he walks around town and asks the average Joe simple questions? Yikes.

I cringed when she said “I thought Europe WAS a country!”

I saw her later on a talk show. The host brought that up, and she said, “I come from a place with terrible schools. Kids-DON’T be like me! Get a good education!” I thought that was pretty awesome of her.

Thanks to the internet I can just watch Mark and Aly’s performances and nothing else. Perfect. She seemed pretty good this week. I still don’t think I can say the same about the wardrobe crew.

She mentioned during the practice snippet that she didn’t know what counting music was until DWTS. I can’t say I’m too surprised there.

I don’t watch this show, but I did see Wynona on GMA the morning after she was eliminated. She seemed very subdued, almost as if she were angry about something. Multiple GMA anchors were interviewing her, and they were going out of their way to be complimentary to her, almost as if they were trying to loosen her up. Does anyone know what was going on? Did Wynona feel like she was made a fool?

I did not see the interview, but I thought Wynona seemed very subdued in her dancing. She seemed coordinated enough and had rhythm, she just didn’t let go and MOVE. Her age and weight may have been against her, but I thought she had some potential if she had just had more energy.

I didn’t expect Wynonna to be so stiff. I saw her in concert years ago when she was eight months pregnant, and she was dancing all over the stage.

Bumping. I watched most of the show last night. I was touched by Andy Dick and Jacoby’s stories. I hope they are sincere and not just working the audience for votes! I think Zendaya is way too skinny! She can certainly dance, though. Is anyone else finding the dancing pros more and more annoying? Mark and Derek seem so attention-needy. And, Mark needs to remember how young Aly is and get his hands off her when they are off the dance floor. I missed Cheryl and DL. How did they do? It seems like they don’t care for each other much. I think Lisa will be sent home this week.

Gosh, I hope so. She gives me the impression that she doesn’t want to be there at all. There’s no enthusiasm to her dancing or her demeanor (even before the fakey fainting spell). At least D.L. Hughley and Andy Dick are trying and are having fun. I’d much rather watch them for the next couple of weeks than Lisa.

I couldn’t get over how much weight Aly Raisman has put on – when they showed the clips from the Olympics, it was a dramatic difference. I thought she did well last night. The contemporary style suited her.

Zendaya was fantastic but she must have a lot more dance training than the hip hop style that she’s known for. Love to watch her, though!

From her bio, it looks like she started training very seriously by the age of 10 and was elite at 14. You know that she must have monitored her food intake for at least 4 years and probably for 8 years. She’s also 5’2", so any weight gain is going to show more than for a taller girl. I think she’s probably eating normally but not working out 40 hours a week.

I did not see the episodes this week, but based on previous weeks, was not surprised to see that Victor was sent home. I think Andy has some fans rooting for him thanks to his improvement and humility regarding his sobriety. I bet Sean will be next. He seems to have gone way down in popularity and is not a natural dancer despite his fitness and work ethic. Was his alleged fianc

Youdon’tsay: I said “alleged” because of the track record of the Bachelor shows.

DWTS does have some room for manipulation (pairings, judges’ scores, celebrity backgrounds), but I find it more “real” than some of the reality shows out there. D and her friends watched Sean on the Bachelor. I hope he’s a good guy!

I think Sean and Ingo will be bottom two with Sean going home. Ingo has grown on me. Sean has done the opposite. He seems so full of himself now, unlike at the beginning of the season. He is a noticeable weaker dancer than the 5 other remaining contestants. I thought the concept of a “trio dance” was different, but liked Zendaya, Jacoby, and Kellie’s best. That Gleb is gorgeous! It was fun to see the pros interacting in the rehearsal sequences. It seemed that several of them are good friends in real life. I really wish some of the ladies would put on a couple of pounds; they just don’t look healthy!

Sean and Ingo are definitely the weakest, with Sean being the absolute weakest. The other 4 look great. I actually voted (max votes on two phones and Facebook) last night because I’m on Team Ally.

I hope Sean goes home tonight. Then Ingo next. I think Tom B does a great job. I think Len was a little riled last night. I don’t think Kellie deserved a 7.

Shocked that Ingo sailed through and Kelly was in jeopardy. Len’s 7 riled up a predictable season… Orchestrated perhaps? It was time for Sean to go. It seems clear to me that Zendaya and Kelli will be in the finals, but Jacoby and Ally will be close depending on how their dances are received next week. I enjoy them all.

I think Kellie’s low score and low placement last night was calulated to increase the number of people who vote. I don’t get as wrapped up in DWTS as I do with SYTYCD, but I always have to remind myself that they are first and foremost television shows.
