[With Cornell out, Marshyl Rothman will not sign today | High School Buzz](<a href=“USA TODAY - Breaking News and Latest News Today”>USA TODAY - Breaking News and Latest News Today)

I was looking around, and came by this article. This reminded me of a similar thread topic a couple days ago. I don’t want to scare anybody, as I’m sure this is a very rare occurrence, and from the article it sounds like he hadn’t yet received a LL letter.

In other news my LL came the other day :]

That is such a huge let down for him - but I agree, it doesn’t sound like he had received a LL yet. Hopefully he will get picked up by someone else who had been interested in him previously for Regular Decision - and I am sure he is not too late for that at this time.

For you, though - CONGRATULATIONS!

This article is from February of 2010. He signed a week after being dumped by Cornell.

Congratulations, kungpao! Try and be kind to your fellow students who are just starting to feel the pain of applications and waiting…

Will be sure to! Haven’t really told anybody around school yet…it’ll inevitably get out though.

congrats kungpao!
