Graduate Study: Field of Historic Preservation </p>
<p>The DAR Centennial Scholarship is awarded to outstanding students pursuing a course of graduate study in the field of historic preservation at a college or university in the United States. This scholarship was established from a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the Centennial Pin. This is a one-time award in the amount of $2,000. </p>
<p>Awards are placed on deposit with the college or university; any unused portion shall be returned to the National Society. Awards are based on academic merit, commitment to the field of study and financial need. No affiliation with DAR is necessary unless specified. All applications must be received on or before the deadline indicated for each specific scholarship.</p>
