Harvard doesnt, i just never got an interview ■■■■■ (I lied, im 0.5/3.5 bc NYU astro works and I may have gotten stern off of it, but brown IDOC cornell finaid and now this)

People have gotten accepted to Brown without Idoc requests. They really only due it it they actually need more info to make your aid package.
Williams astro hasn’t worked for a while but I’ve got it and Amherst so I’ll do the same
Yeah that and cornell have been called unreliable, but idk atp theyre ivies and while i had a dartmouth interview i never got harvard (100% sure alum availability at least by locale isnt an issue)

Harvard caps fr. They only give interviews to pll they want, specifically intl
People thought it was being able to sign up for admitted student class auditing, but its never worked from what ive seen of past years

I mean all decisions are independent, right? Getting screwed @ harvard shouldn’t necessarily indicate the rest of my decisions
YES! Getting rejected is in no way an indication of another’s schools result. All schools look for different things in students and are trying to build a diverse class. I know people who got rejected from schools with 75% acceptance rates and got into ones with 20% acceptance rates.

Yeah most def. It won’t affect other decisions since each institution has its own prioties and like different kids
But harvard interview is also not an indication of potential acceptance
I got the same message as you, I didnt apply for financial aid and im international too
