I have 1400SAT I (800m, 600v i know it's low :()
anyway, GPA of 4 on a 4 point scale, 4.1 on a 5 point scale
ranked #3 in chem, 2 in Math, 1 in Bio
overall 4 or 5 out of 300+
average 83% :( (it doesn't really add up does it?)
Average ECs
Most rigorous course taken
International (Canada)
What are my chances?
how much does it cost at the school anyway???

I don't know about your chances, but it costs about 40,000 US dollars a year, like most other private colleges.

83%....

That's really low. I live in Toronto, and a couple of kids that have 83% go to Ryerson.

But that's not to discourage you. Your school might have less grade inflation.

What I wanna know is, how can you have an 83% average and be in the top five of your class? At my school, EVERYONE in the top 10% (some fifty people) has a GPA of 4.0 or higher.

Might wanna get your verbal up. I sincerely don't think a 1400 SAT is "bad," but to have a 200 point split is kinda weird. It's not like a 700/700 or a 680/720 split.

International's kinda tough, from what I understand, and aid is more competitive. Best of luck.

international is tough; even for recruited athletes, coach expect A's and 1500 SAT's - it's ridiculous
