My high schooler is interested to do a course in Data science to build his interest in Data science major. He took AP Stats and knows java. Is there any beginner course on data science he could do in summer ? He has recently python. Is there any instructor run course , there is so much material online which will be confusing for him. Thanks.
Seems like if he has had AP statistics, looking for an introduction to data science course at a college would be more useful. An example would be a course like http://www.data8.org/ .
