Date rape drugs at Mizzou fraternity

The statement from Justin Kirk, national Delta Upsilon executive director, reiterated that while there are two ongoing investigations involving the fraternity, neither involves these allegations.

“The allegations that fraternity associate members received pills to be used to incapacitate and rape women were rumors found to be unsubstantiated by the university,” he said in an email. “No formal charges were filed against the chapter. Such rumors are disgusting and egregious.”

A Delta Upsilon official said the organization received “verbal confirmation from the university” that the claims were found to be unsubstantiated.

I hope these charges are found to be baseless. No relationship with the school or fraternity, just hoping humans aren’t this awful in front of others.
