Any Tour recommendation from San Fran to Wine Country. Preferably a smaller tour bus, max 13 pass vehicle.
I don’t know about organized tours… have only done self-drive. But I highly recommend visiting the Gundlach Bundschu winery. It’s really wonderful and the tour of their property is a memorable experience.
We’ve used Playtpus Tours several times and have been impressed with their service. From San Francisco, you take the ferry to Vallejo to meet the tour bus. Groups are typically small (8 to 12).
If you want door to door service from your hotel in the City, they can arrange a private tour. It costs a lot more, but you can also customize your itinerary, too.
