Daylight (bioclock wrecking) saving time

While technically those countries are located in Asia, hardly anyone thinks of Azerbaijan etc. as “Asia.” Middle East or Central Asia - sure.

I’m feeling a bit better this morning . . . almost normal.

^^Posted at 4:55 am? Yeah, we are back to normal!

My cats are still confused. The tortie howled all night long…

My dogs, who usually start pestering me to feed them at 3:30, didn’t start bothering me until almost 5 yesterday That, in itself, makes DST worth it to me.

It was also nice that DH, who doesn’t usually get home until almost 7, got home while it was still light-ish out.

T1, where did you get that idea?

^^ Maybe here.

From the diet and exercise thread where you posted about your skyrocketing blood pressure, and start of agrressive medicine to correct this. YOU wrote that you might have to stop running.

I feel better now today, too. When I feel the worst, believe it or not, is around the summer solstice. It gets dark at 10:00 and I usually go to bed around 9:00 and up at 4:50. It’s just hell trying to get sleepy and then go to sleep. Thank goodness we didn’t have it in IN when I had small kids. Since they went to daycare and then summer camps when older, I can’t even imagine trying to get them to bed when it was light outside.

I’ve heard that the Monday after springing forward is also known as National Napping Day.

So, T1, do you ever go to that thread other than see what I posted? Do you set up an alert for whenever I post?

Did not think that way until someone else mentioned it. Where-ever I made a post, some people always seem to follow right away even the post was in a thread that they never visited before.

In any case, thank you for your concerns. The doctor prescribed medicines as well as continuous physical exercises as the total treatment plan. I have since done an 18 miles plus several 6 ~ 8 miles without much problem.

Please go back to the regular programming.

Actually, I read that diet and exercise thread every day. I do not post, but I read it…every day. And I remember what I read.

I read the retirement one too.
