S2 just finished his masters degree at AU, and has lived in an apartment in McLean Gardens with S3.

He wants to experience living on his own, so is looking for a studio apartment in one of a few areas. He is already working crazy hours, so to streamline the process he would like to use a rental agent.

Any one have any recommendations?

Our S was able to find great places to live by checking our Craigslist and padmapper. He never had or paid for any agent and has been happy with his rentals in Reston and Arlington, VA. Another friend also used padmapper and found a great condo very near the heart of DC at a great monthly rental.

Thanks for the suggestion of padmapper. It looks like that will be really useful for him.
