<p>We all love this show. One of S1’s Xmas presents was the dvd set from the Discovery Channel store, which he has watched over and over.</p>
<p>I watch it it is great programing, it has everything competiton, humor, knowledge, danger, human stories like getting the boat back in time so the crewmember doesn’t have to go to jail.</p>
<p>We love it here too. S2 and I started watching it long ago when the series first came on. It’s great to see it has become so popular.</p>
<p>How much do you think the Captains get paid for having their boats and crew be part of the show?</p>
<p>Great show, and with conflicting schedules and age differences, it’s one of 2 things my son and I watch together. That ALONE makes it one of my favorite hours of the week. Sig’s the man – I loved when the Northwestern was picking its way through some ice and Sig says "I hate this, I absolutely hate it. I don’t hate many things but . . . " and my son and I both cracked up because Sig is ALWAYS cranky. He hates everything!</p>
