Deadline approaching but I'm confused!

All my college deadlines are 1/1/09 or 1/2/09 and I have finished writing essay. There are couple questions that I need them to be answered as soon as possible. I will list questions college by college.

Cornell
For supplementary it says Primary and Alternative college. My primary is science but do I have to choose the alternative college and write two essays? I selected the alternative by accident and now I cant deselect the choice.

Columbia
Under the page “Interest” on the second part of the application, it asks you to list the books that you have read. All that I have to do is just list with author’s name without description right ? for example: Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, etc. Anoter question is when you input the sat score, they ask you the date taken/will be taken and the higest score. My higest score is math from october and I’m still waiting for december score. Should I leave blank for Reading and Writing which are lowest score which might go up and put december for test date?

So far these are my only questions and I tried to visit my counselor but apparently the office is closed on wednesday thursday and friday so the only time I get to visit my counselor is monday and tuesday.

Edit

I just found another question
I took sat on october and december and sat2 on november. I only requested to send scores for december test which I didnt even get my scores. From what I heard, when you request to send december score, it will send all my previous sat scores as well as my november sat 2 scores. Is this true?

One more again
My college application deadlines are 1/1 but these colleges will receive my scores after the deadline is that ok or do i have to pay more and send my previous score first and wait for college board to send december score.

I would like to hear many answers from everyone.
Thank You

if u send December score, College Board will send all of your scores.
Also, I don’t think you should leave any blanks. Just put your highest and put blanks for December. When Columbia gets December score from College Board, they will input the new info themselves. That’s what I did

ah i see thanks
