<p>is the app deadline 12:00am central time or eastern time? do i have 4 minutes left or 1:04???</p>

<p>please tell me, i need to finish it FAST!!!</p>

<p>It’s eastern time I’m afraid, but seriously don’t worry. I just submitted my supplement (I submitted the main application on January 1st) and I must have been 1 second too late and now it says that I submitted it on the 16th. I’m not worrying

  1. because it took a couple days for each of my other colleges to change from “submitted” to “downloaded” meaning that it takes a while for them to work through
  2. I’ve heard that Carleton in general is very relaxed about the deadline- especially if you have submitted other materials such as school transcript and recommendations
  3. They are in Central time which makes the deadline more vague and they will be understanding about people who may have gotten confused.</p>

<p>i submitted the suplement at about 2am on the 15th. on carleton’s application status site it says that was recieved on Jan. 15th. then i submitted the commonapp at 11:58pm eastern time on the 15th . carleton’s site now says the recieved it on the 16th. its probably ok, i shouldn’t have waited until the last minute though. all my other stuff has been in for months.</p>
