Dec 1st CR Version II (Brain functions, photography, father artist...) Discussion

Agh if I messed that up I’m going to be really annoyed. I can’t remember if I read that or not. Arrrrrrr.

@whitetopaz they’ve given problems that easy before. I put 5/11

Woah woah, it was 3/11 not 6/11 and it was just II lol x+y>y is not true what if y is -1 and x is 0? It didn’t say they had to be positive consecutive integers lol just consecutive integers

Yeah, got 120.

Think I messed up the marble one too.
Made so many ‘silly mistakes’ so far on the math sections. They’re going to be the death of my score.
Going to underline the last part of each math question from now on. smh.

And saelanares is right lol it gave the number of marbles and it said what is the probability of picking a blue marble, it’s 9 the first of the grid-in. The difficulty resets after number 8 on the 18 question math

^^whew, thank you. I would have kicked myself if I messed that up lol

it was 5/11 for marbles

for the one with I, II, III, it was an answer that had 2 out of 3 roman numerals if i remember correctly

ok I don’t remember any question where it said X>Y>Z and I even had experimental math lol

was it another version?

@Vanilla. I dont think it was I.
X>Y>Z
Pretend X is -10 and Y = -20
-10 + -20 = -30 which is not greater than -20
So just II?
That’s how I interpreted it at least

@shizznits I got the same thing as you, you’re right cause it never said they had to be positive integers

So I think the math curve will be generous, reading average, and writing harsh.
What do you think?

What exactly was the roman numeral question guys??? What number in what math section?

I am pretty sure it said positive integers

For the one where the answers were A. I B. II C. III D. I and III E. I, II, III
I picked B for sure

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAD ROMAN NUMERAL X>Y>Z OR SOMETHING
did you guys also have a question about fahrenheit as the last question of a 16Q math section? (I’m trying to see if it was on another version)

oh my god now i’m really stressing
was the median question and the marbles questions in the same section?
hoping that the median question is part of experimental
can anyone confirm?

It didnt say positive Vanilla I re-read it a gazillion times cause I always used to make stupid mistakes like that on previous tests, it didnt say positive

There was a math question where they asked for one of the sides of the triangles and the answer was 6 root 3. It was the last question in one of the math sections.

Does anyone remember what letter choice 6 root 3 was (A, B, C, D, or E)?

@teeheelol can you please elaborate on the x<y<z problem???
@white the median was not experimental because I didn’t get a math experimental
@frozen6root3 was B
@kingshrey so it was II only right?

has the “draw on” question been resolved yet?

“draw on” is grammatically correct according to my grammar book (Ultimate Guide to SAT Grammar) and the answer in conclusion is “no error” which I got wrong. yippeee
