Oh okay well I think I’m down to -6 or -7 now and I was hoping for a 700. Well retake in June1

You guys keep disregarding how the quotes were used in the context of that SENTENCE, not the overall story

It was asked WHY did he put objective in quotes, not his feeling about photography being objective

and that particular sentence was about acknowleding the two arguments, not giving an opinion about it

Megan -6 to -7/ possibly even 8 will earn a 700 at least.

It was untenable not reactionary for one of them,
Untenable means Adjective
(esp. of a position or view) Not able to be maintained or defended against attack or objection: “this argument is clearly untenable”.

Method -> subject
Lange is using same method/style, different subject.
Movie critic is using same method/style, different subject.
Musician is using different method/style, different subject.
Equally skillful =/= same method/style

so you’re saying the answer should be direct quotations like that king guy said?

I don’t think we can trust any of these answers that we keep on rehashing and debating between two unless someone consistently gets 800s on CR here…

Hey guys could someone put up a compiled list of math answers? I thought the math was so much harder than usual…and what was the median problem?

i agree about the math being a bit harder than usual… what do you guys think?

Yeah. I’ve never been that good at math but I have managed to average at least 650 on my last few practice tests. So I agree, I felt like the math on this test was harder than usual. I actually thought the question about temperature was easier than a lot of the medium ones. .-.

Or was it easier than October/November? Didn’t take those.

@Neverend so if I said:
I “accidentally” ran into him because he was being obnoxious.
Would you think that I was trying to make myself look authoritative?
Edit: or direct quotations, or whatever you said. (I couldn’t tell what you were arguing for)
Direct quotations are, for your information, quotations of exactly what a person said, almost always in the form of a full sentence.

Did anybody see a problem that had the answers I. II. and III. The question was (as I remember) X>Y>Z
I. X+Y>Y
II. ? Forgot
III. The average of X,Y,Z = Y

I put II only. Whatever it was haha.

in lange passage what was the one in which the question was like how would the author view the stark record depicted by Walter or something? Was that formulaic?

@bioguy pretty sure that one was untenable

Math Answers
truck crates and barrels=2000kg
marbles: 6/11
9t^2-r^2=17: 11
Celsius: 5/3t-20/3
Big and small buses: 2750
picture frame cost: $.75

Everyone agree?

@Shizznits since you had version II, that must have been an experimental.

I answered “playing two different instruments with equal skill,” and I’m fairly sure that that is correct. She notes that most people see rich people and poor people in completely different lights, but she is good at both.

@Topaz what was the marbles question exactly? I can’t remember if I put the probability that the blue marble be picked or the probability that it would not be picked…
Also, I don’t remember a picture frame question.

Agreed. Shizz it was I + II

Anyone remember #5 in the grid in section. MC. It showed a circle and it said the shaded area was 90? What was the area of the entire circular region?
And don’t remember anything about a picture frame.

The only way we can know is when I get the QA sheet. When does that come?

Frosting 120. 3/4 of the thing was 90. 4/4 is 120

@Saelanares
The question told you there were 5 blue marbles out of 11 total marbles. As easy as the question was, i doubt they’ll give us a free one. I’m pretty sure it asked for the probability that it would not be picked.
