I believe that lolcats and myself will earn the 2400, but Arachnotron will score an unfortunate 2360.

lol! I’ll do my best, don’t need this pressure though tbh especially with major school projects right afterward =/

Good luck you guys!!
I’m sure you’ll ALL get really really reallllllllly good scores. :)

Even if you don’t get that 2400, just keep in mind how MANY people would die to get the score you all are going to get!

^ unfortunately, if i don’t score above 2370 i will have wasted most of my saturday

there I beat you. I only have to score above 2250, and actually, just get above 680 W (because CR + M combined are 1570)

i don’t think you need another practice test! fourteen is plenty your score on the re-take of the college board test is probably unreliable, but really, that should not shake your confidence. for best results on test day, strike a balance between concentrating and remaining relaxed. you’ve done the prep!

A 20 point increase in one year? You don’t give me enough credit :P

Thanks tam2008, but the last practice test I took (disregarding the fake re-take) was in early October. It’s been two months! Are there ANY free tests out there? I want to get at least 2200. Before the October test, my goal was 2250+, but that test crushed my hopes =)
and I did worse on CR and Math than usual. And I really want to get another 800 in Writing.

Any free tests, anyone???

Also, what are your guys’ goal scores for December?

Goal Score= 2400 obviously :)

Probable Score= 2250+

This will be my first SAT and with any luck it will be my last. I’ve gotten close to 2400 on practice tests so hopefully lady luck will be with me this Saturday.

DO you guys think that there will be a decent curve for the test?

Do you think CC’ers are prophets? You’ll find out soon enough.

this test will be a joke. i will rip it apart. lol…i love how i turn the SAT into an extreme sport.

Well, that’s what it is. It’s a competition on a national scale. You and I think alike, ChoklitRain.

Do you live in PV? I think there’s a Steven Kwon SAT place in PV…

There is absolutely no way of knowing before the test.

By the time I’ve taken the test though I can predict it within +/- 10 pts, usually pretty accurately

Yeah, so can I. It’s based on the difficulty of the last few questions, to be honest.

Yes. If the last 2-3 are brutal in M, and you felt the medium ones pretty early on, the math curve will be -1 = 800. But that is pretty rare.

For CR, if I’m unsure of 3-4 questions you can be pretty sure it’s a very nice curve I typically get -0 or -1 = 800 on CR.

Writing I can’t tell, the MC is so easy that I have no idea if -1 = 80 or not :P

I might add that curves are for suckas since we’re not going to get any wrong, right? :P

yes I live in PV. My high school is really smart and has lots of Asians to boost its test scores. Almost everyone at Steve Kwon was Asian, except me. I’m happa.
