I don’t think B was very prominent among the final answers, I’d guess subjectively that D would have been the best guess. (Of course, totally subjective.)

are we allowed to discuss the problems?

Yeah. The only time when we’re not allowed to discuss problems is when people are still testing in some time zone. (For example, an east coast person may not discuss answers immediately after the test, because people in Hawaii have yet to take it.) Once everyone has finished taking the test though, then discussion is fine.

was that the correct graph?

or at least very close to that? not sure if like the x portion is correct or not, but some reason i feel like i picked a middle one, but i believe i picked a graph that looked like the one i just posted.

That was the graph

Yeah, you got all those points correct on the graph. Point A had an absolute minimum lower than point B, point A had a steeper negative slope, point A had a steeper positive slope. That is correct.

Link to a consolidated list, please? Don’t feel like reading 17 pages.

I only have one question wrong as far as I know. very surprising for a random like me. I’m going to be safe and say I got -3 wrong though just for some support. is this like a 33?

It’ll be either a 33, or a 34 with a very generous curve.

Guessed C for the last row, think I caught a few?

are their two different tests? cuz my test didnt have these questions. i’m an international student

omg r u sure about the car wash? … strike 2 QQ

i agree with what most people are saying about the pressure one, i definitely remember that graph @holla posted and it was right.

does anyone remember the one about the girl renting cars? i chose the last one, like she’d get the max miles out of each car. maybe i read it too quickly, i didn’t see a relationship between the equations and the miles she could drive…anyone remember this one?

@socalpunk…yes it was the last one.
Person A had fifty dollars left over at 25¢ a mile (200 miles) and person B had forty dollars left over at 20¢ a mile (200 miles). So the answer was the last one which said they could travel an equal distance

x - abs(x)
x = -3 (for arguments sake)
-3 - abs(-3)
-3 - 3 = -6
It can be negative or zero. The answer was never positive.

^ Yes, we already have that answer.

There was a question whose answers came out to 9.12 , it said round to nearest integer, would be 9 or 10?

I love the ACT math now that I went through the pain of the Math II subject test. It is like going back to algebra 1 from Calc BC

^Uh 9. even though i don’t remember that one

I don’t remember a 9 answer either. I remember a 7 though…

Anybody remember the question he is referring to?
