Decent California schools with Middle East programs?

<p>I need some California safeties but I can’t find a whole lot of schools offering degrees on Middle East studies. </p>

<p>I know UCB, UCSB, and UCLA have programs. Any private schools, preferably located between San Diego and Santa Barbara?</p>

<p>I’m concerned I won’t get into UC because of my low units.</p>
