My son was accepted as a transfer student to both Binghamton and UMass Amherst. He’ll be an out-of-state student at both schools; UMass is about 5k cheaper, which is nice, but not enough to be a deciding factor. His academic interests are Psych, Poli Sci, and History. He has pretty severe ADHD, so availability of support services is a significant factor for us in his decision where to go. Does anyone here have any advice or insight into support services for ADHD students at either school? I think he might be able to slide by at UMass without much support, but I am not so sure that would be the case at Binghamton.
