deciding what to major.

Okay i have a situation i need a little guidance on. I am going to be transferring to UCLA fall 2016. My original plan was to become a financial adviser. So i was majoring in finance. My long term plan (if i do end up liking it enough or feel that financial advising is not enough) is to become a financial engineer. Yes i know they are very different and that financial engineering is more math based than the finance major so it would take long to get my masters. However now i am going to be faced with the decision in what to major at ucla. They do not have finance so i would have to major economics or something in business OR i could just major “financial actuarial mathematics” which sounds like it could benefit me a great amount in my future toward the financial engineering major. Again i am not too committed to either so i really would appreciate any input.
