Decision Time

I’ve applied to three schools this year: The University of Chicago, Harvard University, and Capital University. The last was as a safety, but I’ve been informed that I won Capital’s Collegiate Fellowship Award (Full Tuition), as well as a few other scholarships that are only good at an college in Ohio.

I’ve got my heart set on going to one of the other two schools, but it is going to be really hard to turn down a “full-ride”. I’m planning on going Philosophy/Pre-Law. I’m wondering if I should go to Capital and be virtually debt free for Law School, or take some huge loans and go to one of the big name school. Any advice??

I’m a Chicagoan, so I’m heavily biased, but in any case, see what the admissions/financial aid fairy brings before making any final decisions.
