I got the email today stating that decisions will come out anytime between now and the 23rd. Because it seems to suggest waves, I’m wondering how this will work. Do they send out the high admits in the first wave, or is based upon how early you applied? I applied on October 30th, so I wonder if that means I’ll be in the second “wave?”

True. Although, what would the good doctor say?! JK.

The only reason I’m asking is because I’m assuming someone has some insight into years past.

EDIT (per your edit): Yes, agreed. I really hope he does. Regardless, College Libertarians will be a lot of fun, and there’s always Gary Johnson.

no one has insight from years past because this is the first year Michigan has done common app

UMich is changing things up so much this year that I doubt basing things off of previous years will be very helpful to us. =/

But while you’re asking, I think that in past years it was based off of a mix of how early your applied and the strength of your application (easy admit/rejct)

Fair enough. I guess it will be fun to sit back and see . . .
