<p>if you got int for winter 08 then you just take community college classes in the fall and then join everyone else at SD winter quarter… a couple of my friends had to do that last year</p>

<p>anyone who is a winter admit starts the school year as during the winter quarter instead of fall quarter; i think (i THINK) it’s because you were borderline and the major you applied for has too many applicants/acceptances (or i think that was what my friend told me last year - she was a winter admit).</p>
