<p>can anyone offer me some suggestions on make the most important decision of my life? okay maybe thats an exaggeration. </p>

<p>well after getting rejected from harvard, i felt like my life was over… 4 years down the drain… the allnighters, the coffee addiction, the stack of sat prep books blocking my doorway, the sophmorefreshmenyear friends who now say, “u never hang out with us anymore”, the… then i got up and tried to recollect myself and move on. so now i gotta decide where i wanna go nex year. </p>

<p>anyone can help me with the pros and cons of each school? currently im thinking:</p>

<p>stern: pro: good academics, but im not sure if its better than the other 2, nyc
con: lack of campus, nyc</p>

<p>umich: pro: michigan, close to home, good ranking/prestige on usnews but im still not sure if its gotta better academics…
con: i feel liek too many people got into umich for it to be good… i mean its the only good school that does rolling apps… wat kind of good school does ROLLING? that means they accept mediocres if they apply early… why did i work so hard in hs then? i could’v had a 3.5, taken 3 APs, breezed through hs if i knew my fate of umich… if umich was my destiny, i would’v gone drinking, got high every day, n breeeeeezed through life but NOOOOOOOOOo i had to try harder and what do i get in return? nothing</p>

<p>wellesley: pro: small private good package, $2000/year, “elite”
con: “fuucck truck” sounds kind of scary to me. horny girls sound scary to me too. the idea of girls doing anything they see with a penios is kind of intimidating. the dinning workers, the professors, any kind of male that goes to the school… it makes me feel liek the girls are animals fighting over a guy even if hes not that good looking or smart or anything… sure he’s a great guy but he’s getting more attentino than he deserves and why are girls doing this? or is this really true… the idea of girls approaching, going to the guys, is also kind of not so pleasant to me, of wellesley girls going to see mit, bu, harvard guys… gee do mit people think wellesley girls are dumb?</p>

<p>really, for undergrad b-school, there’s stern, wharton, and everywhere else. stern can set you up for life; there are infinitely more job opportunities in nyc than there would be in ann arbor, michigan and way more than you would get coming out of a small, all-girls in school in massachusetts.</p>

<p>edit: why is it so crazy that girls would have to be active to get a boyfriend at an ALL-GIRLS school? should guys going to school in boston have to drive over to wellsely to ask girls out when their own school has plenty of females? </p>

<p>when the ratio is 1 to 0 of course competition will be stiff.</p>

<p>Unless you feel the need to be at an all girls school, choose NYU, it will give you the best job opps. and probably the funnest experience (you’ll never be bored in Greenwich Village). Wellesley is a great school, but it might not be for you unless the all-girl thing is what you want. </p>

<p>You have to understand that you are not guaranteed admission to UMich’s b-school, if thats what you want to do. UMich’s student body is not as strong as NYU’s, and like you said, how good can the student body at a school with rolling admissions and a 60%+ acceptance rate actually be (NYU’s acceptance rate is 28%)? </p>

<p>Its not just the accpetance rate. Also, there is the middle 50% SAT ranges:<br>
NYU: 1300-1450 (thats the whole school, Stern is 1400+)
UMich: 1230-1390</p>
