Mvr- sorry to hear about your friend’s decision but your posting helped a lot. Thank you!

I was accepted at 2:36

whats the time stamp @misstrwbrylvr

I’m with Turdel… any one get the email SENT to them after like 530?

i think it depends on location that you get the e-mail. Kids in here were quick on it and they seem to be from NY. I’m northern jersey and my friends all got e-mails around the same time it seems so that’s probably it. after tonight i’m assuming it’ll be next friday

at 4:40 accepted dual whitman and newhouse… financial aid is just ok… I am his mom and he was husky for a day at UCONN last week and got 1/2 tuition out of state (only know meritso far), he is with his brother (who is home from spring break from college) and he took him to Penn State University Park because he was accepted there for business (don’t know anything about financial aid yet. Brother has a lot of friends there and of course he loves it. Husband graduated undergrad Syracuse. He loved UCONN and now he loves Penn State. It is those 3. Got into loyola, bentley, rutgers, drexel, st johns… waiting on American, Brown and Vanderbilt (his 3 reaches)… so I really think it is going to be a hard decision. UCONN best financially, PSU best recruitability according to Business week and great campus, Syracuse getting 1st choice dual is probably best degree… My other son was easy… Got into Cornell which also happened to offer the best financial aid. Doing great and loves it. I know I should be happy he has decisions but now I am so confused… I have never seen Penn State. Will have to go now.
PS From NJ

I got accepted to Newhouse! Time stamp is 3:37 and I’m in Texas. I can pretty much guarantee you I won’t be attending because finaid is nowhere near enough to cover a $54,000 cost of attendance :(

Still haven’t heard yet…I wonder why

accepted to VPA art and design!
Did anyone get a VPA scholarship? The portfolio one?
Where do you find out about scholarships? Myslice?

YAY!!! I Got in!!
Dual newhouse/whitman

finaid isnt that good though… still have to pay around 23K on my own:(

Congrats to all who got in. D received her acceptance email at 4:45 EST. Admitted to dual program in VPA and School of Ed–basically BFA in Art Ed. Offered Founders Scholarship & SU Grant. While more than I thought we’d get, the combined offer still leaves us about $5K above our EFC. So, it’s in the mix, but not sure it winds up to be better for her than U-Mass Amherst and Purchase where she was also accepted. (We’re NYS residents.) We loved our trip to SU and found a lot of happy students there. Good luck to everyone.

Congrats to everyone who got in!!!
When I saw the email, my heart was pounding as the link to the decision letter was loading…it was a great surprise/relief :)

Hi Turdel - Hello to all. She was waiting for me at my office, she got the e-mail around 5:25-5:30 pm est. We received the financial aid package, she got a pretty good one, but still, it shows that I have to pay like $5,000 for 4 years. Its a really good aid. ($45K/$54K) we still have to hear from the other 2, she only applied for 3 colleges. so we are still anxious. Oh, and we live in Puerto Rico, so…I don’t really know, we are honored and happy, thou

Still no word here yet…d applied to architecture in Nov. it’s been a long wait. Syracuse pretty much off the radar unless we get surprised with a great fa package. We are in Mass.

another week of waiting… >: (

Congrads to all that got in, I was just curious what the deans and founders scholarships are, any answers would be greatly appreciated

@Georgieannette: 8:37 PM for NY but i live in California and I checked around 3pm today.
