Which colleges or universities have the best business programs both in state and out of state? Or even any liberal arts colleges?
What state are you in? Try to give more info in order to get better help. Liberal arts programs don’t usually have business but a few do.
I live in San Antonio, Texas. I’ve been really interested in Rice University which is in Houston, other than that I’m also getting as much info as I can from out of state colleges. @BrownParent
OK well your question seems to be about best business colleges, not about decisions since you are just looking. Notre Dame is always on top and Penn has the Wharton school, NYU has Stern. There are a lot more, depending on your budget. UT of course would be a relative bargain for you. Yout can browse this

You haven’t done well on your AP exams (not passing any), so perhaps your school is weak.
Rice doesn’t have undergraduate business but UT has a very highly ranked undergraduate business school. I’m assuming if you like Rice, your stats are good enough for UVA, USC, Boston College, Villanova. Kelley at indiana is highly regarded and if you have a certain GPA and test score, you will be accepted.

You need to let go of Rice. Are you in the top 7% for UT? Can your family afford UT?
