Declined on EA (or ED) can you still do some sort of ED for a diff college?

<p>I know George Washington U offeres an ED now-ish…</p>

<p>if you get rejected lets say from harvard ea, can you do early decision somewhere else like NYU (if you already applied RD)…??</p>
