<p>Assuming your application is submitted before February 1st, do your chances of admission decrease the later you submit your application?</p>
<p>I can’t be sure this applies to regular admission as well, but I applied ED and turned in my application at 7:30 pm the day it was due, and I was actually the first of all my friends to get my acceptance email. That said, I know receiving the email is a relatively random process, so you can’t tell too much from that, but I would say that timing doesn’t matter too much. It didn’t seem to hurt me in the least!</p>
