<p>My sister got defered from Tepper yesterday : ( She is a well rounded student who has had a good relationship with the admissions office. Her test scores are competitive but a little low for CMU. We expected that this would happen. She doesn’t want me to post her stats online, but she told me her SAT is a little less than a 1700. She has great grades, studied abroad, speaks 3 languages, and is very active in her school. Does she stand a chance of being admitted RD???</p>

<p>What is ‘great grades?’ GPA? What are her ECs? ‘very active’ doesn’t mean much without some context to go off of.</p>
