<p>Just a question: Does Penn send letters home to deferred applicants or do they just notify students on the Penn Portal? We never got an actual letter, only an electronic notification, even though the Penn admissions page claims that letters were sent on 12/11.</p>
<p>I didn’t get a letter either, only an online notification. But yes, I remember the Penn Portal mentioning that we would receive a letter as well…hmmph.</p>
