Deferred applicants-Too late to send in third rec?

<p>I was deferred EA and my Latin teacher sent in a third rec just today. Is it too late to send in supplementary materials?</p>

<p>It is getting to the point where they are reviewing applications, I say it couldn’t hurt, but it might do nothing.</p>
