<p>I checked my application status a couple minutes ago, and found out I was deferred.
I had a 3.3 G.P.A. roughly
25 on the ACT</p>

Honors Zoology</p>

<p>Currently enrolled in
AP Biology
AP World History
AP English Literature
Honors Spanish 4</p>

Invisible Children
Key Club
I volunteer at the library
and I work with my father in his store.</p>

<p>Is there hope of being accepted ? I feel so worthless, and don't have the heart to tell my parents I didn't get in.</p>

<p>Admissions at OSU were ridiculously competitive this year. I think going to the common app opened up to a lot of people who would otherwise not have bothered to apply.</p>

<p>You are definitely not worthless…you’ve done a lot of great things already and should be very proud of that!</p>
