Do you know the stats of other years of accepted students who were previously deferred?

<p>I’ve never seen stats on this.
I don’t believe a WL from the ED round at HC is a postponed rejection like at other places. My guess is that maybe 5-10 kids or so are accepted after getting WL ED? In the NYT series on athletic recruiting, they interviewed 2-3 kids who eventually got in after they raised their GPA/took more AP classes or aggressively petitioned the adcom for a 2nd look.
