We are OOS and the buttons are gone now

Daughter just checked, she still has both. OOS 1300 SAT, 4.1 WGPA Hoping this is not a bad sign of things to come. She has has so many deferrals and rejections.
It might be related to defer vs. true regular. I was deferred and have both still.
