In recent years UCONN has done last Saturday in Feb…,but this would be the earliest possible last Saturday in Feb so maybe not!

Yes, my dtr is totally fine w Coastal…she sees that as the college experience that she will be happy with…other than U of Sc lol

Yes we are considering what our options are as each day passes as UofSC seems further and further out of reach. Secretly hoping not but at this point ready to be done with extremely long process. Next week would be ideal so we can get the show on the road.

New to this page!! Are we thinking before mid-March for UofSC?
Does anyone know what the offer options are for U of SC. Is it similar to Clemson with bridge, summer start, Jan start, accept, deny and waitlist?
Last year they released decisions, for what I think was the deferred group, on Feb 28th and for the next week or so…I saw until March 9th.
UofSC has a Bridge program, and not a summer program that I know of, so the decision will likely be accept, waitlist, deny or Bridge…I am not sure if they do a January (spring semester) start.
I cannot wait for this wait to be over!

Oh, I see you replied to the UCONN (our state school) comment…in recent years, UCONN has released, at least for in state, decisions on the last Saturday in Feb.

Same. My kid’s first choice was UofSC after visiting last summer but its taken so long that she’s getting turned off by it.

Its probably not an issue for these schools to delay decisions until March given that they have so many applicants. I doubt they’ll not fill their freshman class.

Also, schools are starting to delay their commit days b/c of the FAFSA fiasco. Some have gone to May 15, and others to June 1.
